I had the opportunity to work for this Agency for 2 years. My first hand information is that the Agency is committed to supporting their clients without any shortcuts. Their policies must be adhered to all the time. In SAFEGUARDING, its critical for workers to adhere to the same without exceptions.Their motto and specifically zeal in their guidance is more in giving support to individual clients as in tailored support. The data protection act is top notch. They empower their clients in doing stuff that they are able to while supporting where they arent able to.Theres in training for staff incase of new registrations. Staff are supported to sign in as soon as they get to a client and sign out via a device for accountability. It's an agency that stands to go far. Their perusal in any ongoing cases especially in sign posting to relevant stakeholders and Social care is done meticulously.
